I am excited to share with you that I will be joining the Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO) team this fall. I'm humbled to have the opportunity to work with an amazing organization like CAFO who is helping to lead a gospel-driven, church-based and kingdom-minded movement of orphan care around the world.

CAFO exists to serve, support, inspire and resource churches and organizations in their work to care for vulnerable children and families. The annual CAFO Summit draws thousands together to be inspired, networked and mobilized with theological, practical and best-practices resourcing while Orphan Sunday rallies thousands more around the world in proclaiming God's heart for the vulnerable and orphaned.

My role at CAFO will focus uniquely on equipping, mobilizing and supporting churches around the country through ministry implementation strategies, resourcing, sustainable structures of growth and regional/national networking opportunities. We're excited to share more with you over the course of this fall.

I am incredibly grateful for my time with Arrow Foundation and count launching ALL IN Orphan Care as a pure joy in my life over the last 1.5 years. It's been amazing to see it connect with and encourage so many around the country. However, moving forward I will no longer be directly involved in the work of ALL IN, including communications, social media, etc. I truly love what we've been able to do with ALL IN Orphan Care and Arrow will certainly always have a special place in my heart - as without them our family would be incomplete, never having had the opportunity to foster the little girl that would eventually become our precious daughter.

Yet while my time with Arrow and ALL IN Orphan Care comes to end, my work with churches around the country continues on in new, exciting and expansive ways. I'd love to connect with you this fall, learn about what God is doing and see how I may be able to serve and support you and your church in any way. I can now be reached at johnson@cafo.org.

I'm grateful to be in this with you, and am excited to play a role with an amazing organization like CAFO that is helping to lead the way in a movement of God that is bigger than us all but includes every one of us.

Thanks for reading.
